We are hiring a Payroll Controller and Bookkeeper

Reporting to: Global Payroll Controller Leader

Location: Petah Tikva, Israel (Hybrid model).

Responsibilities:

Manage Israeli end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and handling employee compensation.
Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, and ensuring timely salary payments.
Stay updated and act according to the changes that are in the law.
Ensuring compliance with local and global payroll regulations.
Processing new hires, terminations, promotions and other employee status changes in the payroll system, to ensure accuracy.
Address employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Maintain, develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and best practices.
Working in collaboration with other functions in the company to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing.

Requirements:

Requirements:

Certified Israel Payroll Controller.
3+ years of experience in local payroll processes.
Experience of working with payroll institutions and insurance agents.
Experience as a bookkeeper (Level 2)
Experience with Priority
High level communication skills in English – written and verbal.
Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
Detailed oriented.
Can-do positive approach.
Ability to prioritize duties, meet tight deadlines, team player, ability to work and solve issues independently.
