Team8- Bookkeeper (temporary, 6 months)

We're looking for a bookkeeper to join Team8's finance team for a 6-month engagement. It's a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in a fast-moving venture capital environment, working closely with our Head Bookkeeper and the broader finance team.

What you'll do

Record day-to-day transactions and manage the posting process
Prepare and manage monthly payments
Review and record supplier invoices
Bring the books to trial balance stage
Perform periodic reconciliations (bank, credit cards, etc.)
Prepare materials for the annual external audit
Manage corporate credit cards - monitor transactions, verify receipts, allocate and record expenses
Handle employee expense reimbursements, including travel reports
Support ongoing finance activities and ad-hoc project

Requirements:

What we're looking for

Level 1-2 bookkeeping diploma
1-2+ years of experience in bookkeeping / AP-AR
Familiarity with NetSuite - a strong advantage
Solid Excel skills
Good English (written and spoken)
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong work ethic
