This is an opportunity to be a key contributor at a pivotal time in our company’s growth and at a pivotal point in computing history.Requirements:QualificationsAt least 5 years of Global payroll accountant experience in International high-tech companies.Experience in managing payroll in a high-growth global organization.Experience in working with global payroll providers like Mazars and ADPDeep knowledge of personal income tax legislation, labor code, and social benefitsAbility to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively to deliver timely and high-quality work productAdvanced Excel skillsTeam player with good communication and interpersonal skills, service-orientedAbility to work and solve problems independently and to use experience and critical thinking to identify issues that require escalationBonus PointsNetsuite experienceProficient in English at a high level (both spoken and written)Experience at medium-big companies (more than 500 employees)A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:Prepare and support the monthly payroll process, including termination, processing one-time payments, etc, and deductions.Working closely with the People team regarding onboarding (101 forms), automating the processes, and ad-hoc support.Be the focal point for employees’ payroll inquiries.Responsible for submitting military service claims to social security.Prepare and review the monthly payroll output, reconcile, prepare JEs for the ERP system, preparing an analytical reportBe responsible for submitting 102 reports (social security, pension, tax, etc.)Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all payroll and financial data
