Junior Real Estate Lawyer

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist senior lawyers with real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, sales, and leases.
* Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various real estate matters.
* Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to real estate transactions.
* Advise clients on real estate regulations, zoning laws, and property rights.
* Perform due diligence, including title searches and reviewing property records.
* Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolutions.
* Collaborate with team members to develop legal strategies and provide comprehensive legal support

Qualifications:
* Legal degree.
* Admission to the Israeli Bar Association.
* 0-2 years of experience in real estate law or related fields.
* Strong understanding of Israeli real estate laws and regulations. (Bonus)
* Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to work onsite in Jerusalem full time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 10.00₪ - 14.00₪ per month
