QA System Team Leader - AI Datacenter Solutions

Job Summary:

Lead a team of QA engineers responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of AI datacenter networking solutions built on SONiC infrastructure, smart NICs, and centralized routing controllers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers across hardware and software testing domains
Develop comprehensive test strategies for SONiC-based AI datacenter deployments at scale
Design and implement automated testing frameworks for smart NIC validation
Establish performance benchmarking protocols for AI workload networking scenarios
Coordinate cross-functional testing with AI framework integration teams
Drive continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes for networking stack validation
Manage test environment infrastructure including physical testbeds and virtualized scenarios
Collaborate with customer deployment teams to replicate and resolve field issues
Define quality gates and release criteria for datacenter networking components

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

8+ years in networking QA with 4+ years in leadership roles (leading groups is an advantage)
Proficiency in pytest test automation frameworks
Strong knowledge of datacenter networking topologies
Experience with capturing traffic and deep knowledge of Ethernet/IP/TCP/UDP headers
Experience with networking concepts that influence traffic characteristics, such as Tunneling, NAT, QinQ, MTU, PMTUD
Experience with performance testing tools and traffic generators such as Ixia
Distributed Solutions Expertise: Hands-on experience with cloud or distributed systems and high-level debugging skills
Linux Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Linux, linux networking tools with testing experience
Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications:

Deep expertise in SONiC architecture
Experience with AI/ML workload networking requirements and RDMA protocols
Hands-on experience with smart NIC testing
Experience with large-scale datacenter deployments (1000+ nodes)
Familiarity with container orchestration networking
