We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer to join our Supply Chain team. This role focuses exclusively on the procurement of branded eyewear products from external suppliers (non-private label). You will manage the full purchasing cycle—from order placement and vendor coordination to delivery tracking and ERP data management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the purchasing of branded eyewear products, ensuring timely and accurate order placement.
Create and maintain product SKUs, vendor data, and order information in ERP systems.
Coordinate with suppliers to confirm orders, delivery schedules, and resolve delays.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with merchandising, logistics, and operations teams to ensure product availability.
Analyze purchase data and inventory reports to support replenishment decisions.
Maintain accurate data and reports within ERP (Priority) and other systems.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a Buyer or Procurement role – Must
Experience with ERP systems (Priority preferred) – Must
Strong Excel skills – Must
Experience with branded consumer products – Advantage
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

Experience in e-commerce, fashion, or retail industries
Knowledge of SKU/item setup and catalog management
An analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving skills
