A successful cyber security company is looking for a talented Technical Support Engineer.
What you will do:
Take part in supporting the world-wide market leading product suite, consisting of: Network Access Control, Endpoint Compliance, Mobile Control, and Intrusion Prevention.
Applications range from Client / Server applications to Web apps for a Network Access Control solution, running on both Windows and Linux systems.

דרישות:

• Industry experience – 5 years minimum.
• Strong experience in Network troubleshooting and configuration (tcpdump, ethereal, etc.) – Must.
• TCP/IP and advanced Network understanding (LDAP, DNS, SMTP, SNMP, DHCP and authentication protocols).
• Experience in security – advantage.
• Network equipment configuration (Switch, Router, FW).
• Knowledge in Windows and Windows-based networks (Active Directory, domain management).
• Experience with Linux O/S – advantage.
• Experience with virtualization environments.
• English – high level , written and verbal skills – mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
