We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our amazing global team!

This is a hands-on recruiting position that requires a strategic mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to work in a dynamic , growing environment.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our hiring managers to drive the recruitment strategy and support our growth plans.

Please Note that this is a temporary position for 3-4 months .

2+ years experience recruiting as part of an internal talent acquisition team in a tech oriented scaling organization.
Ability to partner with hiring managers to resolve recruiting roadblocks quickly and efficiently.
Ability to recruit in various locations (IL, US, Europe) according to the changing needs of the organization .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with generative AI tools and the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.
Exposure to various recruiting tools and systems, deep knowledge of sourcing techniques.
Analytical and results-oriented approach
Ability to start in 1-2 weeks

Be Involved with various cross-organizational recruitment projects .
Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to streamline and expedite the recruitment process.
