System analyst

DESCRIPTION

abra R&D is looking for a Systems Analyst!

Responsibilities:

Analyzing and defining business processes, including writing detailed specification documents.
Designing software solutions to meet current and future business requirements.
Managing testing processes for system developments and workflows.
Preparing and issuing price quotes for clients.
Creating user manuals and documentation.
Onboarding new clients, including implementation, installations, training sessions, and roundtable discussions.
Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders (Customer Support, Development, QA, and Implementation teams).
Working as part of a team, reporting to the Product Manager, and providing full ongoing support.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or Business Administration (with a specialization in Economics/Information Systems).
At least 5 years of experience in system and process analysis and design.
Familiarity with ERP systems.
Proven experience in writing technical and business specification documents in both Hebrew and English.
Proficiency in SQL.
Understanding of logistics processes (advantage).
