CFO

Ori Sandbox is seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will drive the financial performance of the company, manage risks, and ensure regulatory compliance. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and strategic planning, the CFO will play a crucial role in shaping the company's growth and financial health while working closely with the executive team.
Responsibilities:

Oversee the financial planning and analysis process to support strategic decision-making.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with the company's business goals.
Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company's financial stability.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors.
Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors.
Drive financial innovations and enhancements to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior financial management role.
Proven track record of financial planning, analysis, and reporting in a corporate setting.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in strategic planning and execution, particularly in a growth-oriented environment.
