Tech Lead

We are seeking a Tech Lead with demonstrated experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale web solutions. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic vision and solid execution skills to create robust web applications.

In this position, you will be working as part of a highly skilled team to design, develop and maintain a unique cutting-edge security product. We are looking for an enthusiastic developer, a team player, tech lover, who is a self-learner with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership and mentorship a team of software engineers and developers.
Design, develop, and maintain cybersecurity solutions using Python.
Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability and security.
Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
Ensure the security and compliance of all developed solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cybersecurity.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on cybersecurity.
Strong proficiency in Python programming.
Extensive experience with AWS and Azure(Nice to have) cloud platforms.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Knowledge of on-premise infrastructure and its integration with cloud services.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, etc.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes.
Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Node, React TS).
Familiarity with DevSecOps practices.
Experience with automation frameworks and tools.
