About the role
The Demand Generation team drives Lightricks' B2B growth by turning awareness into measurable revenue. They manage large-scale paid campaigns across search and social, experiment continuously to optimize performance, and partner closely with Creative, Sales, and Analytics. Their work fuels the sales pipeline, expands global reach, and reinforces Lightricks' position as an AI-powered marketing leader. As our B2B Demand Generation Manager you'll scale paid social and search with meaningful budgets. You'll reach decision-makers in various markets and convert attention into revenue.
What you will be doing

Own full-funnel demand gen across SEM (Google/YouTube) and paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, X & Reddit) to hit MQL, SQL, pipeline and revenue targets.
Lead ABM motions while collaborating with SDR/BDRs and RevOps.
Manage high budgets at scale across multiple geographies, plan, forecast, and pace spend for impact and efficiency.
Collaborate with the organic growth team to achieve the right balance between paid and organic acquisition.
Run continues experimentation: audience and keyword strategy, creative/messaging tests, bidding, landing pages, and conversion flows.

Your skills and experience

2+ years experience of proven success in Demand Generation at a B2B company.
Hands on experience in LinkedIn Ads, Meta, X, Google Ads/YouTube. Proven track record building pipeline from paid social and search.
ABM experience using intent/enrichment platforms (Apollo, Clay) and collaborating with Sales.
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to speed up campaign ideation, creation, and optimization.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable using BI tools (thoughtspot/Looker/Tableau), able to translate data into action.
Growth mindset, able to thrive in a fast paced, AI first, environment.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
