Solution/ Presales Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to support our growing Tracking, Telemetry & Control, and Line-of-Sight business lines. This role involves collaborating with the sales team to design tailored solutions, manage proposals, and engage directly with customers. Key Responsibilities: Develop solutions integrating mechanics, software, electronics, and RF systems. Lead the proposal process: analyze requirements, draft solutions, integrate content, assess risks, analyze competition, and present to customers. Ensure proposals meet customer requirements, SOW, and evaluation criteria. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop optimal solutions. Define product strategies and roadmaps; conduct Link Budget Analysis. Provide technical coaching to sales associates. Bachelor's in Electronics or equivalent experience in complex systems. 5+ years in pre-sales or product management of multidisciplinary systems, including proposal management. Strong communication skills in English and Hebrew. Willingness to travel. Advantage: System engineering experience with multidisciplinary systems.
