abra SAP department is looking for a CRM/ERP Systems Implementer.
We are looking for a hands-on ERP/CRM Systems Implementer with at least 2 years of experience in implementing CRM or ERP solutions. In this role, you will be working on SAP Sales & Service Cloud (C4C) and SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations, as part of a professional team.
Full-time position, based in the Sharon area, Israel.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure CRM solutions based on business requirements, working with SAP C4C (Sales & Service Cloud) and SAP CDP
Analyze and map business processes, translating them into effective system solutions
Support end-to-end implementation projects, from analysis through go-live
Work closely with development and technical teams, including API integrations
Use tools such as Postman for testing and validating integrations
Provide ongoing support and optimization for CRM solutions
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years of experience as a CRM or ERP Implementer
Good understanding of business processes and system analysis
Experience working with APIs and tools such as Postman
Basic experience with SQL – an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with the ability to work in a collaborative environment
