Description

abra is looking for a CRM Development Team Lead to join an exciting and challenging financial project!

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers, overseeing projects from initiation to production, prioritizing tasks based on business and technical understanding, and supporting production issues reported by operational teams.

Requirements

✅ 2+ years of experience in team leadership – Must

✅ 4-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM development (On-Premise & Cloud) – Must

✅ Experience in .NET development – Must

✅ Strong proficiency in JavaScript and C# – Must

✅ Hands-on experience with SQL – Must

✅ In-depth knowledge of Web API development – Must

✅ Experience with Power Platform – Advantage

✅ Knowledge and experience in Cloud & On-Prem infrastructures – Advantage

✅ Experience with SSIS development – Advantage

✅ Previous experience in CRM system upgrades – Advantage

✅ Relevant technological education
