IT Atlassian Administrator

Global-e’s IT Department is seeking an experienced, service-oriented Atlassian Administrator (Jira, Confluence, JSM) to support and optimize our Atlassian Cloud environments, ensuring seamless service delivery and support for internal users.

Responsibilities:

Administrate and optimize Jira, Confluence, and JSM to enhance user experience, managing projects, workflows, permissions, custom fields, dashboards, and reports.
Implement and configure Jira add-ons including but not limited to; Structure, ScriptRunner, and Automation for Jira to meet user needs and improve service efficiency.
Partner with internal teams to understand requirements, identify process gaps, and continuously improve workflows and systems for better service delivery.
Provide day-to-day user support, including user setup, form customization, notifications, approval workflows, and reporting.
Act as a liaison between business units, external vendors, and clients to ensure the successful alignment of tools and processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on optimization and automation.
Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation and offer training and support to ensure users maximize the potential of Atlassian tools.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience as an Atlassian Administrator with deep expertise in Jira, Confluence, and JSM. – Must.
Proficiency with Jira add-ons: Structure, ScriptRunner, and Automation for Jira – Must.
Experience with Jira REST API and integrating Atlassian tools with other enterprise systems. - Preferred.
Atlassian Certified Administrator – Preferred.
Strong focus on service delivery, with the ability to design, improve, and optimize workflows to meet user needs.
Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Project management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple service requests.
High proficiency in English.
