As a Customer Success Manager, you will be a trusted advisor of Shield’s customers and helping them achieve maximum value from the Shield’s platform. Sharing new product releases or content relevant to their business. Listen to their feedback to help the Product and R&D team innovate new features. Ultimately, you’re there to ensure that our customers are more successful.

This position is located in Israel and you will report to the Head of Customer Success.

The opportunity

The UX/UI Designer leads the design strategy and execution, ensuring that all products provide a seamless and engaging user experience. They bridge the gap between user needs and business goals, creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces that enhance user satisfaction.

The ideal UX/UI Designer possesses a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of user behavior. They are collaborative team players who inspire and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. They are knowledgeable about the latest design trends, and user research methodologies. They are passionate about creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces that drive engagement and usability.

Responsibilities:

Develop and communicate the company’s design vision, strategy, and principles.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
Define and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency across products.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation and excellence.
Foster a culture of user-centered design and continuous improvement.
Advocate for the end user and ensure a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
Evaluate and mitigate design-related risks, including usability issues and technical constraints.
Monitor key design metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, developers, and customers.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.

Research Skills: Expertise in conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting data to inform design decisions.

Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve common goals.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities and feedback.

Requirements:

5+ years experience
Great User Interface design skills
An attention to details & pixel perfect
Proficiency in Adobe XD, illustrator, Photoshop, Figma
An understanding of product and design methodologies
Comfortable working with both print and digital
An ability to create compelling presentations – a plus
Extraordinary creativity. Open to working independently and as an active member of a team
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Experience in designing web products and platforms
Curiosity and willingness to self-learn - a must
Strong portfolio of design projects
Excellent communication skills
