Information Technology Operations Team Leader

In this position, you will be responsible for guiding, monitoring, and leading an entire Team within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage 6-10 employees that supports IL, EMEA and APAC
Onsite at least 4 days a week
Oversee global User Lifecycle projects, including onboarding, termination, and related processes.
Ensure that hardware and software systems are fully deployed, implemented, and functioning.
Manage and track IT equipment, ensuring stock availability.
Support Windows - MAC OS and Linux operating systems
Lead strategic IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
Assess vendors and test strategies for new hardware and software.
Work with vendors to ensure timely product delivery and verify the on-time deployment of hardware assets.
Collaborate closely with onsite and remote IT teams to troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.
Perform both managerial and hands-on tasks.
Lead the meeting rooms maintenance and development in Tel Aviv
Do cross-training to employees to support deployment operation.
Qualifications
2-5 years of managerial experience in IT operations
Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration
Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, GPO, PC operation systems, Automations, etc.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to prioritize
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills – both written and verbal (Hebrew and English)
Experience in global companies is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience is an advantage
