About The Position

We seek an experienced QA Manager to oversee quality assurance, implement standards, and collaborate with teams to ensure top product quality and customer satisfaction.

The QA processes in the company will be under your direct supervision and you will report directly to the VP of R&D.

* Experience as a QA Manager or QA Engineer in products of type web applications and/or mobile apps is not relevant for the position.

Responsibilities:

Be the main focal point for QA issues
Implement and enforce QA methodologies
Implement, Enhance, and improve QA processes in the company.
Oversee all quality assurance activities, ensuring activities meet the company standards
Collaborate closely with different teams and departments in the company and control QA activity throughout the entire development lifecycle stages, from planning to delivery.
Manage offshore team members with diverse QA / Automation skillsets.
Requirements
5+ years of proven work experience in managing a large QA group (10+ engineers) for Both Manual and Automation testing.
3+ years of experience as a Python Developer
In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience working with a large-scale system
Solid knowledge of Linux OS and Monitoring/Testing Linux resources (Memory, CPU, Limits, Etc.)

Advantage:

Experience in SQL
B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience working in an Agile environment
Proven work experience with Databases
Working with a distributed QA in team structure
