R&D Project Manager

What you will be doing:

Responsible for formulating the end to end project plan, in consultation with Program Manager ,R&D staff & other parties concerned on base of the requirements
Maintaining and tracking plans and schedules according to project goals, gather resource requirements from the various functions and monitoring activities
Responsible for tracking the overall status of the project
Tracking risks and perform analysis to list out potential problems, the probability of such occurrences, the possible impact and possible response actions .
Identify technical debate the holding off progress & facilitate effective discussions that leads to decisions.
Establish strong operating mechanisms to track progress, identify issues, overcome obstacles, and define recovery plans. Implement effective communication/change management strategies as appropriate
Gathers and integrates project performance and progress information. Reports on the progress of the program with an agreed frequency on quality, status, time, and budget to the site/company management .
Passionately drive execution to meet content/time/cost goals while maintaining compliance with regulation & company quality system .
Owner of the development stage gates.
Manages internal and external stakeholders
Management of project NRE& material budget. With full control & transparency.

What you have:

Engineering degree . can be also be industry & management .
At least 5 years of project management role or similar.
Execution oriented ,results driven .
Data-driven decision-making and the ability to move teams through complex situations
Ability to work across multiple business domains and organizational entities to drive, support and realize business goals
Stakeholder management skill
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English fluency
