Billing Analyst- Finance team

monday.com is looking for a talented Billing Analyst to join our expanding global finance department.

In this role, you will handle the analysis and reconciliation of large datasets and transform them into actionable process improvement initiatives. You will also be taking part in the periodic customer invoicing processes and will be pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data

About The Role

• Data analytics – manage and define periodic billing data analysis to enhance on-going monitoring of process efficiency and identifying trends.
• Handle customer invoicing in our ERP system.
• Take part in the company’s monthly Order-to-Cash cycle, ensuring timely sales order processing, customer data reconciliations.
• Participate in projects set up to improve the billing processes and systems
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in billing systems and databases.
• Research and resolve customer accounts discrepancies.
• Ongoing communication with sales reps, business operations, customer success and AR/collection teams.
• Contribute to the team’s mission to improve data flows, optimize ourprocesses, and ensure accounting output is accurate
  
  

• 2+ years of experience as an AR/Billing Analyst/Economist significant role, as part of the finance team, in a Global high-tech company (SAAS - a big advantage)
• Bachelor’s degree in economics/accounting/business management or equivalent
• Experience with ERP environment – a must (Netsuite – an advantage)
• SQL – a big advantage
• Experience with Salesforce - an advantage
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for data analysis and process optimization
• Ability to interpret complex billing data and identify trends or anomalies
• Strong English skills- both in writing and verbal - must
• Exceptional attention to details and ability to multitask
• Exceptional business partnering skills, with demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and at various levels within a company
