Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Systems Analyst and CRM Dynamics implementer at Pointer in Rosh HaAyin. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as systems analysis, IT troubleshooting, business analysis, and utilizing analytical skills to optimize customer services and operational tasks.

Qualifications

• Systems Analysis and Information Technology skills
• Strong Analytical and Business Analysis skills
• Troubleshooting expertise
• Experience with CRM Dynamics implementation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Relevant certifications in systems analysis or CRM Dynamics are a plus
