Senior Controller

As an experienced Senior Controller, you will oversee and monitor our financial growth in over five jurisdictions – globally! You have experience as a controller in hitech for 5+ years, and now you want to grow. With LIQUiDITY, you want to draw on your communication and financial skills, to streamline our budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting processes. You are motivated to implement new ERP, accounting, and other global reporting systems. You are driven to produce thorough financial status reports for management and directly improve our operational efficiency and continued growth.

You will:

• Manage the daily tasks of the Finance team
• Lead the preparation of our global entities' financial statements
• Prepare monthly and yearly tax reports for all global entities & funds
• Lead budget and forecast preparation as well as tracking
• Be responsible for the cash flow, salaries, tax, and other financial items

You have:

• 5 years experience as a controller in a Hitech company
• Experience in one of the big four accounting firms (EY, KPMG, PwC, Deloitte)
• Experience with NetSuite - An advantage
• Experience in team management
• Proven experience in US GAAP and IFRS audit and reporting work
• Excellent Excel proficiency
