Enterprise Project Manager

We are looking for an innovative and passionate Project Manager to oversee enterprise-grade, customer-facing software projects from start to finish. You'll be part of our implementation team, helping existing and new customers succeed by delivering custom projects and new features.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in both analyzing and documenting customer business and technical requirements, through the development process until deployed and approved by our customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage project plans, monitor and review project progress and timelines, adjust schedules and plans as needed, and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with creating project deliverables, as needed.
• Manage day-to-day execution of project implementations. Assist with the planning, tracking, documentation, and status updates for the project.
• During the course of a project, be the primary customer interface, and perform project management activities that ensure adherence to Salesforce methodology and project gates and governance.
• Able to manage one or two large projects or several small to medium-sized interrelated projects requiring complex cross-functional collaboration and management at the program level.
• Facilitate review sessions with the client and your team.
• Manage UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff.
• Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects while also ensuring that project gates and governance are properly adhered to during the execution of the project.
• Track utilization of project resources and manage this against the resource allocation and budget. This includes on-time entry and approvals for project timesheets.
• Flexible work schedule with alternating working hours in support of US and European customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in Project Management Role, preferably with customers in the US and Europe market.
• 5-10 years of experience in managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting and systems development.
• Implementing enterprise-scale software solutions. Preferred with Salesforce.com or any other CRM implementation experience.
• Demonstrated project leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget, and schedule.
• Demonstrated negotiation, conflict management, and leadership skills.
• Experience with business process expertise in CRM, ERP, etc.
• Excellent command of verbal and written English communication

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce.com Certifications (Admin, Consultant, Developer) and PMP Certification preferred but not necessary.
