As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement, production, and project management of POSM within the beauty and luxury FMCG segments. The role will require hands-on experience in taking POSM briefs, reading and understanding CAD, and optimizing jobs for production. You will be expected to demonstrate a strong commercial focus, while effectively managing quality control and installation processes to ensure seamless project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling POSM projects, with a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellence.

• The perfect candidate for this role will have a solid background in procurement and project management within the cosmetics and luxury FMCG sectors.
• A strong understanding of visual merchandising and trademarks will be essential, as well as a demonstrable ability to manage POSM projects from inception to completion.
• The ideal candidate will have a client-focused approach, with exceptional skills in reading and interpreting CAD designs, and a proven ability to ensure the successful production and installation of POSM.
