French Speaking Senior Proposal Writer

We're looking for a French Speaking Senior Proposal Writer This role is Hybrid, Tel Aviv Office

We are seeking a Senior Proposal Writer who speaks fluent French and English to help respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) for the company’s products. The Senior Proposal Writer will be primarily responsible for the development and writing of Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and security questionnaires as well as providing general support to our various sales teams in both French and English.

This position is part of the Global Proposal team, which is a vital function in the company’s ability to win new business and retain current customers. The candidate must have strong writing and communication skills (in both French and English) and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment. The role requires both working independently and collaborating within a team environment (it’s a great team with many smart and fun individuals!). The role also requires helping to update the French RFP database by translating new/updated English answers as necessary.

This position reports to the Manager of the EMEA Proposal team. Success in this role can lead to advancement within the team and opportunities in other areas of the business.

In this role you will…

• Develop and coordinate timely RFP responses to ensure compliance to prospect and customer requirements
• Respond to requests in either French or English (depending on the requirements)
• Work closely with the French sales team but also provide support to all teams in the field, regardless of region
• Collaborate with other teams and functions within the company (e.g., security, product, legal, finance) to complete responses
• Develop a deep understanding of our business, products, and market positioning
• Periodically translate updated/new English answers into French
• Participate in daily team assignment meetings and support your fellow proposal writers
  
  

You’ve got what it takes if you have / are…

• Fluent in both French and English
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a proposal writer
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Strong project and time management skills
• Effective collaboration and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure while managing multiple deadlines
• Ability to work independently but also within a team environment
