Position Summary:

Bliss Aesthetics is seeking a skilled HubSpot Admin to manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM and automations according to our business needs and HubSpot best practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for infrastructure setup, maintaining data integrity, developing automation workflows, and ensuring that the system meets the evolving needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• HubSpot Management: Oversee the day-to-day administration of HubSpot, including managing user access, customizing fields, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Workflow Development: Create and manage automation workflows to support the business operations across different departments, such as marketing, sales, customer support, and more.
• Data Integrity: Maintain the cleanliness of the CRM database by regularly performing data audits, deduplication, and data cleansing tasks.
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics, providing insights to the sales and marketing teams.
• Integration: Ensure HubSpot integrates seamlessly with other business tools and platforms, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot functionalities and best practices.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator or similar role.

Technical Skills: Proficient in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub in addition to the full native offering of HubSpot features. Knowledge of integration tools and APIs is a must.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical users.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly with data management.
