About the role: We are looking for a Financial & Planning Analyst position that involves various economic and financial responsibilities. You will take an active and important role in helping with business related activities including budget preparation and monitoring, incentive calculation, analyze performance of various financial parameters, reviewing financial processes, and others. The position will include interfaces with other functions within the finance department and rest of the organization.

What will you do:

• Prepare and monitor actual vs budget reporting and provide reports and forecasts.
• Take part in the periodic calculation and payment of incentive compensation for the assigned units.
• Working closely with business stakeholders and serving as focal point for the assigned units.
• Understand the data structure of the unit, the incentive plans, and the results.
• Help with ongoing and continuous data collection to expand the economic analysis base.
• Support management with goal achievement and decision making.
  
  

What do you need to succeed?

• 0-3 years of experience as an Analyst / Economist
• Bachelor's degree in Economics
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Possess a high level of analytical ability; problem-solving, prioritize multiple tasks in an efficient and effective manner
• Excellent English – writing and verbal skills
