My name is Ido Mena, and I am the founder of MGP.AI – an innovative and advanced fitness and nutrition application designed to revolutionize the field and offer an unparalleled user experience. The app is based on breakthrough technology and offers unique features specifically built to provide users with the tools they need for motivation, deep knowledge, organization, consistency, and proper nutrition – all in one place.

Our vision is to make the app an essential tool for every athlete, turning their fitness and nutrition routine into something effective and personalized, with easy access to up-to-date information and advanced methods.
