We are seeking an experienced Head of Group Procurement to join our group headquarters and lead our procurement operations. This is a significant role in our organization that requires a high level of commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the team of procurement and supply chain

- Drive achievement of profitability targets, timelines, and budgets.

-Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from supplier identification to commercial and contractual negotiations, with a broad business perspective.

-Measuring the quality of suppliers and the procurement and supply processes

- Lead strategic, multi-disciplinary procurement engagements with domestic and international suppliers across development, production, service, and maintenance phases.

- Develop work processes and control tools for effective procurement management.

- Manage interfaces with warehouses and supply chain, overseeing processes from construction stage, including follow-up and closure with external and internal stakeholders.

- Handle complex interfaces within and outside the organization.

- Participate in the Presale team for price quotations and tenders nationally and internationally.

Requirements:

- Education: Economics, MBA, or Industrial Engineering and Management

- Proven experience in global procurement, preferably in the international defense/HLS market

- Understanding of B2B project-based companies

- Ability to lead high-value, complex business negotiations

- Willingness for hands-on work and independently leading procurement processes

- Capability to motivate employees to meet business goals

- Fluent English - mandatory

- Advanced computer skills - Excel proficiency required, Priority ERP knowledge - advantage

- Methodical, process-driven, project leader, charismatic, and results-oriented

-This position requires full-time on-site in Or Yehuda
