Senior Talent Acquisition for the Finance & Accounting sector

We are looking for a senior Talent Acquisition for the Finance & Accounting sector to join our team and manage the end-to-end recruitment processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in the financial sector or experience in Human Resource positions in large comple financial services organizations
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience within executive search
• Must have client management experience, with the ability to influence internal clients and stakeholders and provide consultative services.
• Experience engaging with external clients/candidates in the market.
• Business focused proactive approach to recruiting work.
• Strong project management skills – time management, pattern recognition, prioritization and strong judgement are critical; ability to work well under pressure without compromising on quality.
• Significant experience with HR interviews, reference calls and negotiation – a MUST
• Experience utilizing recruitment and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• BSc in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent – a MUST
