Quality Assurance Lead

One of our clients, a technology company developing an AI-based product in the field of computer vision, is looking to hire a QA Lead to join their expanding engineering team in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a highly skilled engineering team to create detailed, comprehensive, well-structured test plans and cases.
• Plan and prioritize testing activities, ensuring software quality across multiple development teams with varying testing needs and processes.
• Act as the "quality sheriff," defining and enforcing code lifecycle processes across the organization.
• Guide and instruct teams on best practices in QA.
• Oversee and participate in the design, development, and execution of automation scripts.
• Define and track quality assurance metrics.
• Build and lead a QA team as the company continues to grow.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience in software development quality assurance.
• Ability to analyze and improve quality processes with a big-picture perspective.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing and reviewing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with engineering teams.

Desirable:

• Experience with performance and/or security testing.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
