Job Description:

Collaboration with Business Stakeholders- You'll work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
Analyzing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
Effective communication is at the core of this role. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
Your ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is vital.
Design, implement, test & deploy solutions.
You’ll use your proven track record for creating custom solutions Vs. out of the box.
Integration and data management – design and implement data integration solutions.
Analyzing KPI’s and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Documentation & best practices

Requirements:

HCM systems: 4+ years of experience with the HRIS ecosystem either in a professional service setting or directly at customer sites as an implementer- must!
Experience in analyzing systems of Compensation and Benefit - must
Excellent communication skills in a global environment - must!
Deep knowledge of HR & business processes.
