Senior Project Manager

Location: Remote, Israel

Innodata is seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience managing complex technology implementation projects of small and large scale. This action-oriented person will collaborate with customers and internal teams to plan and deliver projects to meet critical client needs. As a Senior Project Manager, you will work directly with our development and product teams, and maintain relationships with stakeholders on all levels. You will also contribute to building Generative AI solutions that address critical needs for our most valued customers.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end technology implementation projects, utilizing agile project management methodologies and tools to consistently deliver value to both internal and external clients

Work closely with software engineers, QA, DevOps, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to facilitate high-quality solutions and features throughout the software project lifecycle

Host internal and external governance calls to ensure stakeholders on all levels are aware and aligned with new project developments, and escalate to leadership when required

Maintain and manage project delivery schedules

Manage project budgets and burn-down

Host governance meetings and communicate project status updates to internal and external stakeholders

Act as Scrum Master during sprint planning, daily standups, other agile meetings

Coordinate with Product Owner(s) regarding project requirements

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate scheduling requirements gathering, user testing / feedback sessions, technical discussions, etc.

Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing in brainstorm and ideation sessions

Identify execution risks, highlight project blockers, develop potential solutions, and communicate recommended options to program managers and engineering leadership

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement or coordinate with Engineering leadership as appropriate

Solve problems creatively and effectively by participating in the discovery and ideation process for ongoing features and product enhancements. Provide feedback, ask questions, and propose solutions

Organize, document, and facilitate team processes

Develop and maintain decision logs and change management documentation

Coordinate and keep the team organized, and prevent potential risks and bottlenecks

Other duties as required

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6+ years of experience in agile technology project/program management at a senior level, managing small and large teams
• A minimum of 3+ years working to implement projects for external clients
• PMP certification or other PM certification
• Proven experience overseeing day-to-day activities of projects in complex, rapidly-changing environments
• Experience with preparation and delivery of customer-facing and executive presentations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate cross-functionally with teams and leaders from various backgrounds

Travel:

While this is a remote position, some travel may be necessary, international, and domestic, to support existing and prospective clients.
