Junior Analyst for the Alternative Investment fund – 1240

I.B.I. Investment House is seeking an: Junior Analyst to join the group’s Alternative Investment fund management unit.

This is a full time role from Sunday to Thursday with overtime when necessary.

The role includes:

· Analyze credit transactions across a range of areas in the US and Europe (retail consumer, real estate and corporate)

· Provide ongoing reports on fund performance, profit & loss statements etc.

· Produce research and market analysis reports on credit and real estate in the US and in Europe

· Prepare presentations for the investment committees

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree is a must (in financial services – related discipline / post – internship CPA qualification is an advantage)

· At least one year’s experience in similar role is a must

· Excellent written and spoken Hebrew and English are essential

· Must have a solid understanding of financial statements and be fully proficient in MS Excel

· Experience gained in the economics department of a Big 4 firm is an advantage

· Experience and background in banking/credit would be beneficial

· Experience in research covering real estate and strong knowledge of the real estate sector would be highly desirable
