A leading defense company in the South is looking for Vice President of International Operations

description:

Development and implementation of a long-term operational strategy for the plant

Total management of the production processes, including planning, quality control and efficiency

Responsibility for meeting output, quality and cost goals

Management and leadership of the factory staff, including professional development and employee motivation

Managing the factory budget and streamlining processes to improve profitability

Establishment and management of international operational infrastructures

Management of multiple interfaces, including with the parent company in Israel

Job requirements:

Experience in establishing a significant and strategic manufacturing activity

In-depth understanding of production processes, supply chain management and operations

Experience managing at least 100 employees

Senior management experience of at least 5 years leading complex operating systems in an industrial company

English at a very high level

Academic in the field of industry and management / machinery - an advantage

Proven leadership and employee motivation skills, familiarity with the field of metal and machining - a plus

Experience working with India is an advantage

Ability to work in a dynamic and complex environment

The position requires frequent travel abroad
