Job Title: Citrix System Specialist (Full-Time, Hybrid)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Citrix System Specialist to join our team of professionals in a challenging and service-oriented role. This full-time position operates on a hybrid model, providing continuous support to users and service teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deployment of Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environments.
• Management and maintenance of Citrix infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and training to the service center.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements.
• Manage Citrix virtual applications and desktops.
• Troubleshoot Citrix-related issues.
• Configure and optimize Citrix policies and profiles.
• Monitor Citrix performance for capacity planning.
• Ensure high availability of Citrix services.
• Script writing for problem-solving and automation.

Requirements:

• Must have: At least 3 years of significant (expert-level) experience as a Citrix Specialist.
• Must have: At least 5 years of experience as a System Administrator in a multi-site, multi-server enterprise environment.
• Proven experience with: AD, GPO, IIS.
• Experience working with Microsoft Windows Server operating systems (2012-2022).
• Ability to set up, manage, and publish applications.
• Experience with Netscaler, profile management, application packaging, infrastructure management, GPO, MSC, provisioning, VDI.
• Experience in scripting for problem-solving and automation.
• Must have: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to integrate into a large team.
