SOC & IT Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Cyber & IT Specialist at Private Security Company located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. This Person will be responsible for network administration, information technology, Cyber SaaS Solutions, troubleshooting, network security, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Cyber Related 

• Responsible for daily incident management of customer incidents.
• Perform Incident Response and forensic analysis of compromised systems, identify and provide recommendations for remediation.
• Planning, researching, and designing reliable, powerful, and flexible security architectures for all IT projects.
• Defining, Testing, implementing, and maintaining Cybersecurity Solutions. 
• Manage complicated global incidents.
• Build incident response plans and playbooks.
• Create detailed Incident Reports for customers.

IT Related

• Provide technical support for desktops, Microsoft products, third-party software, and Cloud Services.
• Support network (WAN, LAN connectivity, Firewalls, security).
• Implement and support remote access solutions (VPN, Remote Desktop Services).
• Address, resolve, and escalate IT software and infrastructure issues promptly.
• Update and maintain technical documentation.
• Configure and maintain IoT Devices (IP cameras, video intercom, access controls, alarms).
• Communicate with site users about incident progress, changes, and outages.
• Share technology/process recommendations with leadership.
• Handle other IT-related projects and tasks as assigned.
• Provide off-hours support as necessary.
• Work within a team environment and coordinate work actions.

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT.
• Minimum 4 years of information security hands-on experience.
• Experience performing security reviews/vulnerability risk assessments of network environments using both manual procedures and automated analysis tools.
• Proficiency with Mac, Windows and Linux operating systems, both hardware and software.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Products including Active Directory, Group Policies, Office 365, Exchange, and virtualization technologies.
• Solid network troubleshooting and problem-solving skills including TCP/IP concepts and LAN/WAN issues.
• Experience and familiarity with firewalls, routers, managed switches, wireless controllers and WAPs.
• Proven hands-on experience with SIEM systems, policy, rules, Endpoint MGMT Solutions including CrowdStrike, Harmony, Manage Engine, SentinelOne etc.
• Experience with AV and AM products including Sophos, ESET, MalwareBytes or others.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of security and data privacy principles.

Advantages

• Knowledge in CCTV & Low Voltage areas (IP Cameras, Intercom, Alarm systems etc.).
