Job Description:

As a Mobile Developer at VIDI, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality iOS applications. You will collaborate closely with our product, design, and backend teams to bring innovative mobile solutions to life. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of iOS development, is proficient in Swift, and has a proven track record of delivering high-performance apps.

• Develop, test, and maintain iOS applications using Swift.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development practices.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standards within the team.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in iOS development.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Swift and iOS frameworks.
• Portfolio: A solid portfolio showcasing your work on iOS applications.
• Experience with various iOS design patterns, frameworks, and APIs.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to backend services.
• Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools such as Instruments.
• Understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines.
• Knowledge of version control tools, such as Git.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and automated testing tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Swift, SwiftUI and Apple App Intent’s Framework.
• Familiarity with app deployment and release processes.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Prior experience in mentoring or leading junior developers.
