Role Overview:

We're looking for a skilled and experienced solutions expert to join our team. In this role, you will guide users to success in achieving their goals using the Sightfull platform. You will play a critical role in effectively solving customers' problems and translating their needs into actionable product requirements, directly contributing to new business and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Expand Sightfull's understanding of user problems and become an expert in how our platform can solve them.
• Work closely with the sales team to manage technical pilots, understand customer objectives, onboard users, and secure deals.
• Build and deliver demos to new prospects and existing customers.
• Be the expert in helping customers with their data models, business modeling, and reporting and analytics using Sightfull's platform.
• Conduct training sessions to empower users to become product champions.
• Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Leverage your relationships with prospects and customers to drive product development and growth.
• Work closely with the development team to align customer requirements with platform capabilities and offer feedback on enhancements and new features.
• Work partially with US-based clients, accommodating different time zones.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytical, consulting or customer facing roles.
• Fluent English in conversation and writing.
• Substantial experience in data transformation and data analysis with SQL or Python.
• Strong communicator with the ability to deliver analyses clearly and effectively.
• Capable of independently owning and managing high-value projects.
• Analytical, tech-savvy, and numerically literate.
• Proven ability to collaborate with peers and other stakeholders across product, engineering, and business domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics or equivalent degree).

Advantages:

• Familiarity with CRM/Billing/Revenue platforms.
• Experience working directly with business (revenue, marketing, sakes, finance) operations.
• Experience with visualization tools (looker, tableau, etc.).
• Experience working at a B2B SaaS company.
