Role Overview:

As the Analytics Team Lead, you'll be part of our data founding team, overseeing game economy, player interactions, and marketing analytics. Your insights will drive decision-making across the company, optimizing game performance, player engagement, and marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the analytics team.
• Develop and implement data strategies for player behavior, game economy, and marketing analytics.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance game features, economy, and user acquisition.
• Utilize advanced analytics to provide actionable insights.
• Monitor and optimize game performance, player engagement, and marketing efforts through data-driven experimentation.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in data analytics, 2+ in leadership, in gaming.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Passion for gaming and player-centric experiences.
