Awaken is a boutique Wix Web Design and Strategy Studio. With over 300 websites created for small businesses and entrepreneurs, we partner with our clients to craft websites that capture their energy, support their professional goals, and elevate their brands.

Role Description

We are looking for a talented website designer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for designing and building new websites on Wix and Wix Studio, being the client-facing lead for our signature package (Template Restyle), and for keeping our existing clients’ websites current and dynamic as their business needs evolve.

You’re goal-oriented, and appreciate having the systems in place to provide a quick turn-around for clients! You love a good brainstorming session: you’re an idea generator. You know how to make people feel comfortable, with your warmth, energy, and outstanding listening skills. And you’re ready to take on more business-related responsibilities and be mentored into this role. 

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years website design experience (preferably on Wix)
• An independent and motivated self-starter
• Articulate, responsive, and have experience in a client-facing role
• Open and excited about learning & adopting our unique process
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew a big plus)

This role is part-time to start, with potential for full time. Monthly project based pay and you will work remotely with our team.
