Sr. AI Engineer, Computer Vision & ML

About the Role: We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on AI expert to lead the development of our AI-powered platform for visualizing plastic surgery outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to shape our AI strategy and make a real impact in a high-growth environment. You’ll start as the sole AI expert, with the chance to build and lead a team as we grow.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement AI algorithms to visualize plastic surgery results based on just a few photos.
• Stay updated with the latest in AI and computer vision to keep our platform at the cutting edge.
• Work closely with the Product team to shape the company’s AI roadmap.
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and designers to turn user needs into AI-driven solutions.
• Understand our users deeply to ensure our AI meets their needs.
• Take charge of the entire AI development process—from data collection to deployment.
• Continuously improve AI models to boost performance and efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI into our platform.
• Stay informed about AI regulations and ethics in healthcare and plastic surgery.

What You Bring:

• A Ph.D. or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in AI, with a focus on LLMs, NLPs, CV, and ML.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like Hugging Face, Stable Diffusion, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Strong skills in computer vision, including image processing and feature extraction.
• Proficiency in Python, with the ability to write clean and efficient code.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex challenges using AI.
• Great communication skills to collaborate with different teams and explain AI concepts clearly.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
