Product Manager

aiOla is seeking a Product Manager to join our Product team.

Requirements:

• 2 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS B2B products from data-driven companies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work across multiple projects, aligning on goals and deliverables.
• Customer and business-oriented, ensuring the product delivers value to all users and businesses.
• Ability to define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap based on business goals and customer needs.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, tools, and technologies- Advantage
• Ability to balance user needs with technical feasibility and business objectives.
• Deep understanding of customer pain points, needs, and how to deliver value through AI solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills.
  
  

• Maintain end-to-end responsibility for the product roadmap and development cycle – from ideation, customer validation, and discovery with R&D, to writing specs, designing UI, and optimizing UX to achieve business goals, launching, and monitoring.
• Manage engineering and research teams using Agile methodology to develop cutting-edge products that utilize AI/ML algorithms and deliver projects on time.
• Own a customer-centric mindset with the capability to translate requirements into the product development process, prioritizing efforts by balancing feature requests, reported issues, customer feedback, strategic initiatives, and business constraints.
• Encourage data-driven product decisions leveraging market research, competitor analysis, user insights metrics, and user feedback; ensuring continuous growth for existing and potential customers to identify new value-generating opportunities.
• Collaborate with product marketing to develop content, messaging, and competitive positioning based on solid value propositions and real-world use cases, driving sales enablement.
