About the role: As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational effectiveness and efficiency. You will develop and implement strategic plans, analyze existing processes, and identify areas for improvement. Working closely with departmental and operational leaders, you will ensure the clarity and communication of strategic goals. Additionally, you will stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously refine our operations strategy. Responsibilities:

• Lead internal and external projects from requirements definition through deployment, risk assessment, identifying scopes, budget estimations, and implementation
• Provide comprehensive support across various departments as needed
• Identify opportunities for additional value creation and service enhancement
• Support the successful launch of business operations in new regions
• Streamline internal and external company processes to boost overall performance
• Participating in M&A and business expansion projects
  
  

• Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in strategy or corporate planning, including at least 2 years with leading consulting firms (Big 3 / Big 4)
• Experience within the financial or banking domain would be an advantage
• Strong skills in project management, process management, and financial analysis
• Ability to navigate between high-level strategic thinking and granular problem-solving methods
• Strong relationship-building skills with business stakeholders and project delivery resources, focusing on successful change objectives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to create compelling presentations
