Why TREAT?

TREAT is a fast-growing gaming startup that created a new model - Play to Impact. Based on gamification, TREAT allows pet lovers to co-own & treat a real dog/cat in need (a real-life "Tamagotchi").

TREAT players have earned over 9,000,000 treats, meals, and toys for shelter animals.

About the role

You will be responsible for managing the roadmap, pricing, and documentation of new product ideas, and testing them. By maintaining good customer and market knowledge, you will be able to successfully create mobile game experiences that engage, excite, and retain players and translate them into user interfaces, and game mechanics. And most importantly, you are going to influence the lives of many cats and dogs, by having fun.

Responsibilities

• Characterize and iterate on wireframes for new features
• Validate the features by analyzing the results and by usability tests
• Retrieving the customers' voices via technical support, interviews, and surveys
• Prioritize product features and requirements, and lead the product development process from ideation to launch 
• QA new features
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities and improve existing products 

Qualifications

• You love dogs/cats or have/had a dog/cat. (Advantage: previous/current involvement with animal shelters)
• Bachelor's degree. 
• You love mobile games - Must 
• Basic understanding of code development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• English (professional proficiency). Advantage: English as a first language

• Salary: 10,000 shekels + Cibus + Options
