Product Manager for Cross Border Payment and FX

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our team and take full ownership of our cross border payment and FX product tailored for small and medium-sized businesses. In this role, the Product Manager will work closely with the development team to ensure that our product meets user needs and aligns with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

- Define the product vision and roadmap based on market research, user feedback, and business requirements.

- Collaborate closely with development, design, and marketing teams to plan, develop, and launch new features.

- Monitor product performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

- Create and maintain detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and oversee their implementation.

- Manage communication with various stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and partners.

- Lead the launch processes for new products and features, including market entry strategies and internal communications.

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to ensure our product offers unique value to customers.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a preference for experience in financial products or payment technologies.

- Deep understanding of product development processes and working with technology development teams.

- Strategic thinking ability, with a capacity to see the big picture while focusing on details.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

- Proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of initiative.

- Experience working with Jira and Figma.
