Responsibilities:

• Produce process flowcharts, diagrams, sequences as well as writing process specifications for the production various assembly operations in accordance with quality system demands and manufacturing needs.
• Take part in developing, configuring and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification in accordance with quality system demands and manufacturing needs.
• Assessing processes, taking measurements, and interpreting data.
• Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes.
• Problem solving, process improvements etc.
• Create updates and maintain work instructions.
• Preform and manage process and test method validations.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, R&D and QA team members for NPI activities

Qualification:

• Medical device experience – mandatory
• BSc in Electrical / Materials / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or relevant experience
• 5-8 years of experience in production engineering, process engineering, or NPI roles.
• Technical writing experience : URS, IQ/OQ/PQ and validation reports Experience with key technologies and processes related to the manufacturing of medical devices: implants, stents, catheters, and delivery systems is preferred. (Class III - advantage)
• Excellent analytical and math skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew & English -Mandatory
• Prove ability to identify, assess and solve problems.
