Legal Counsel

We are looking for an in-house lawyer to join our legal department.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts
• Interact and work with company's departments (sales, purchasing, Human Resources, R&D, operations and finance) on diverse legal issues
• Handling ongoing worldwide legal matters
• Perform and provide other general corporate law advice as needed

Your Knowledge & Skills

• 5-8 years of experience as a commercial lawyer in a law firm or as in-house lawyer (on top of the internship period)
• Hard worker, well-organized, dynamic and pro-active personality, team player, independent worker
• Familiar with contracts terms
• Relevant experience working with multinational global companies
• Experience working at/with the hi-tech Industry
• English & Hebrew at mother tongue level or equivalent – MUST
