Product Manager

A well-established boutique SaaS development company in Tel Aviv is looking for an experienced and visionary Product manager , to lead product development efforts and drive business growth. This role combines product management, operational leadership, and business development to ensure the successful creation and delivery of innovative B2B SaaS solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Vision and Strategy:

   - Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market demands.

   - Lead the integration of cutting-edge technologies, including AI and cloud services, to enhance product offerings and user experience.

   - Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

2. Leadership and Development:

   - Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team, including engineers, designers, and QA.

   - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

   - Oversee the technology department, ensuring alignment between product strategy and technical capabilities.

3. Business Growth and Customer Satisfaction:

   - Drive business expansion by presenting products and features effectively to clients and fostering their growth.

   - Implement strategies to increase annual recurring revenue and improve customer satisfaction metrics.

   - Collaborate with the customer success team to improve system usage and engagement.

4. Product Development and Launch:

   - Guide the product development process from ideation to launch, utilising Agile methodology.

   - Oversee the creation and management of product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

   - Lead go-to-market strategies for new products and features, collaborating closely with stakeholders.

5. Operational Efficiency:

   - Identify opportunities for product consolidation and cost reduction without compromising quality or user experience.

   - Oversee the establishment and maintenance of on-premises systems as needed, ensuring seamless integration with cloud-based solutions.

6. Stakeholder Management:

   - Collaborate closely with C-level executives to align product strategy with overall business objectives.

   - Manage relationships with key customers, gathering feedback and ensuring their needs are met through product enhancements.

   - Present product strategies and performance metrics to C-level executives.

Qualifications:

- MUST HAVE: 4+ years of experience in product and project management, with at least 3 years in B2B/ B2G SaaS products.

- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching B2B/ B2G SaaS products.

- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to market the company and its products. 

- A highly organised swift learner who thrives in collaborative work environments.

- Experience in leading and growing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (SQL, Elastic stack knowledge), with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Good understanding of AI, ML, cloud services, BI products and emerging technologies in the software industry.

- Languages (native or fluent): Hebrew, English - must 

- Languages: Russian, Arabic - an advantage 

- Analyst / Data Analyst experience - an advantage 

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - must, MBA advantage.
